Steve Morse is design-trained from Purdue University. Jan Morse has attended many design courses and national design seminars. Both Steve and Jan offer over 30 years of experience creating fun, exciting, spacious, yet efficient new home designs to delight our new homeowners.

 

Homesite Location/Design

• We offer homesites in our own communities.
• We can help you find a building site, either in a sub-division or on acreage.
• If you already own a homesite, we can help and advise you with the many things you will need to consider, such as:

When buidling on any homesite:
- Utility connections and tap fees,
- Impact fees,
- Permits, inspections, local jurisdictional communications, building and development codes,
- Architectural committees,
- Special features preservations.

When building on acreage - site development:
- Utility lines brought to the site,
- Zoning and variance issues,
- Drainage and drive access,
- Homesite placement to take natural advantage of passive
solar, special site features, site conditions, etc.,
-Well, septic design sitting, and approvals,
- Site engineering, permitting.

We specialize in scattered site development and have been through the process many times. We offer our experience and knowledge to help guide you through the whole process.
